Here at Art Douglas Plumbing, we strive to be the premier, most trusted supplier of dependable, user-friendly products and services by delivering extraordinary value every time. We aim to set the service industry standard for product and service quality and integrity. This standard is exemplified in our pricing books that all of our technicians carry with them daily, containing pages that remind us that the customer always comes first, and that doing the job right the first time is always our priority. However, if any problem should happen to arise after a job is done, our company stands behind any and all work performed by our technicians, providing a guarantee that we will come out for a minimum of one year after work is completed free of charge to make any corrections that might be necessary.
Every week we have a meeting with all of our staff to go over any questions or concerns that might have been brought to our attention, either from customers or our own employees, and what we can do to address these concerns. We are constantly sending our employees to various workshops and classes to improve on their skills and knowledge, and to maintain our level of commitment to the customer that we employ the most skilled technicians that are available. Our more senior technicians are always willing to offer advice and aide to their fellow plumbing and HVAC technicians, leading to tons of on the job work experience for those that are still perfecting their profession, and refining the skills of those that are already veterans in their respective fields. Every day offers a new opportunity to improve and hone these skills, as our industry is not only constantly evolving, but in high demand as well.
We pride ourselves on being available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We will come out for all problems, big or small, and serve residential, as well as commercial customers with the same zeal and vigor as if they were a part of our family, because once we come out and work on a customer’s residence, they become family, and we are there for them when they need us. One very recent example of our effort to go above and beyond involved a business that was having a problem with theft of their air conditioning parts. We were able to get in contact with an outside vendor that was able to fabricate custom cages for each unit, and once those were made we were able to install them on 6 different air conditioning units to prevent any sort of theft in the future. We are always prepared to think outside of the box, or in this specific case we were able to create a box, so that when the job is complete, the customers are not only satisfied, but understand that we hold them to the highest regard, and will do everything we can to ensure that not only are they happy with our work, but will sing the praises of Art Douglas Plumbing to anyone they know.
Our pricing method is designed to add value and expertise to our work. We are more than willing to come out for free estimates for an array of jobs, as we prefer to have a technician there with the customer face to face to provide an accurate assessment of the situation, and to give a flat rate price, which will never change, regardless of any extra contingencies that might arise that would prevent us from finishing the job in a timely manner. Once the work is complete, we will stand behind our labor for at least one year, depending on the work entailed, and honor any and all manufacturer’s warranties. We also offer a Superior Care Service, which provides two visits for a discounted price to check on the heating and A/C unit, along with discounts and preferred service placement when any other problems arise.
On a personal note, Art Douglas Plumbing is a wonderful place to work. It’s a family owned company, with many family members working in a variety of different faculties and positions, so the atmosphere here is one that is not only welcoming to be a part of, but a place that I look forward to coming to work to on a daily basis. Our customer service is held to the highest regard in the office and with our technicians, and everyone involved with the company will do whatever it takes to make sure that the customer understands that their happiness and satisfaction is our main goal.
